Well, let me tell you! I have been allergic to cow and goat dairy products my entire life. After experiencing sheep milk, yogurt and cheeses,  I can now eat dairy for the first time in my life! And I feel great. No irritable bowel. For celiac disease sufferers and irritable bowel sufferers, sheep dairy is the answer!

Sheep milk has twice the protein as cow and goat milk and is readily absorbed by the human body. Sheep milk contains much higher levels of vitamins and minerals as any other available milk!

The Asthma Society and National Eczema Society recommends a change from cow’s milk to aid the treatment in these diseases.
